6. Listings

Listings must be accurate and truthful. You must have the right to rent or advertise the property. Images and descriptions must reflect reality. We may remove listings that violate rules, are reported, or appear fraudulent.

7. Communication Between Users

You agree to communicate respectfully, not to harass or abuse others, and not to share spam or malicious links. We may monitor or restrict communication if necessary.

8. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, use, and distribute your content on the Platform.

9. Liability Disclaimer

We do NOT guarantee accuracy of listings, reliability of users, or successful transactions. We are not responsible for user disputes, financial losses, or damages resulting from interactions. Use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in suspicious or illegal activity. You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
